After  40+ years as a Mechanical Engineer in  air conditioning, It was time for change! I asked myself what do I really love to do best?  …… Boats and Boating!  Growing up (DDI) on a variety of power boats and dinghies  was just too much fun! As an engineer and consultant, commercial and marine mechanical and electrical systems have always been a professional interest and consuming hobby, so the idea of converting this  into a second career was an obvious choice.  Boating people come from all walks of life, but we all share a love of the sea  in its many moods, and  the peace, tranquility and renewal that our time on the water affords us.
